How can I contact CookersAndOvens?

When are you open?

You can order appliances from the CookersandOvens website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to speak to a member of our dedicated Customer Service Team, they are available  Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12.00pm.

2. Placing An Order And Paying For Your Appliances

How Do I Place An Order?

Once you have found the products you are looking for, all you have to do is click on the ‘Buy Now’ button and our user-friendly website will guide you through each step of the payment process. The order process simply involves confirming the quantities and price of your chosen appliances, entering your address for delivery and finally, providing your payment details on the secure Worldpay site.

Do The Prices Shown Include VAT?

Yes, all of the prices on the CookersAndOvens online appliance shop include VAT.

How Can I Pay For My Appliances?

At CookersandOvens we accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit, American Express or Delta/Connect.

Is It Safe To Give My Credit/Debit Card Details Over The Internet?

When you come to make your payment with CookersAndOvens you will be transferred to the Worldpay secure payment website. Worldpay are a branch of The Royal Bank of Scotland and are the world’s largest secure payment provider. Their sophisticated encoding system ensures that your personal and payment details are kept safe, allowing you to shop online in total confidence.

Do I Have To Give My Card Details Over The Internet?

If you would prefer not to make your payment over the internet, you can ring a member of the CookersAndOvens Customer Service Team on 01543 222 100 (Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 12.30pm) and they will take your payment details over the phone.

What Happens If The Appliance I Order Is Out Of Stock?

All orders from CookersAndOvens are subject to stock availability. We will ring you within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm whether the appliance you have ordered is available. If your appliance is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will advise you of the options available to you. In these circumstances you may wish to wait until the appliance comes back into stock, select an alternative similar item or cancel your order. 

What Records Will I Have Of My Order?

Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Worldpay containing the details of your order and payment. Shortly after this, you will receive an email from the CookersAndOvens confirming your order and containing a full VAT receipt. You may wish to print these emails and keep them for your records.

I Have Placed An Order, Why Have I Not Received My Confirmation Yet?

If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be because you have a spam filter on your email account that is not allowing CookersAndOvens emails through.  Please contact our Customer Service Team who will resend the original email or alternatively, post you a hard copy.

I Am Experiencing Difficulties With The Website, What Should I Do?

If you are having problems with the website or placing your order, please phone to speak to a member of our Customer Service Team (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 12.30pm) who will be happy to help you.

3. Your Appliances 

How Do I Know If The Appliance I Want Will Fit In My Kitchen?

We have tried to include all of the dimensions of our appliances on the CookersAndOvens website. If however you cannot find the information you are looking for, please call a member of our experienced Customer Service Team who will be happy to help.

How Can I Be Sure That My Appliances Are In Good Condition?

As soon as you receive your appliances, we strongly recommend that you check the delivery note and inspect your appliances very carefully. If you believe your appliances to be damaged or faulty, we recommend that you refuse delivery and phone us on 01543 222 100 to report the problem.

Can You Install My Appliances?

CookersAndOvens do not offer an installation service. However, if you order a Rangemaster, Mercury or Falcon range cooker, AGA Rangemaster offer to install your new range cooker to your existing service and remove your old cooker for an additional charge. When you order your range cooker you will be given the option to select or refuse these services.

4. Delivery Of Your Appliances 

Where Do You Deliver?

We can deliver your appliances to anywhere in mainland UK.

When Will My Appliance Be Delivered?

Within 24 hours of placing your order with CookersAndOvens, a member of our customer service team will phone to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. Delivery times will vary but if your item is shown as being in stock we aim to deliver between 2 and 3 working days. If you item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we aim to deliver between 5-10 working days dependent on stock availability from the suppliers.

Do I Need To Be At Home When My Appliance Is Delivered?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature to confirm that the correct appliances have been received and that they are in good condition. Please do not book fitters to install your appliances until you have received and checked your goods. If your appliance is incorrect or damaged we cannot refund you the cost of booking your fitter.

Who Will Deliver My Appliances?

Your appliances will either be delivered by CookersAndOvens’ own fleet of vehicles or by a third party courier service. This will depend on which appliances you have ordered and where you want them to be delivered.

5. Refunds & Returns

What Happens If I Change My Mind And Want To Cancel My Order Before I Have Received My Appliances?

If you wish to cancel your order please call 01543 222 100 (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 12.30pm) to speak to a member of the CookersAndOvens’ Customer Service Team or email: customerservice@cookersandovens.co.uk. If your goods have not yet been dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be given. However, if your appliances have been dispatched for delivery, there will be a charge to pay to cover the cost of collecting the item and this will be deducted from the refund amount owed to you.

What Happens If I Change My Mind And Want To Cancel My Order After I Have Received My Appliances?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your appliances in which to cancel your order and request a refund. Refund requests should be made in writing either viaemail: customerservice@cookersandovens.co.uk or post: CookersAndOvens, Europa Way, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS14 9TZ. A charge for the cost of collecting your appliance will be deducted from the refund amount owed to you.

If I Request A Refund, How Long Will It Take For The Money To Appear On My Statement?

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of collecting your unwanted appliance but please note that it can take between 3 and 5 days for a refund to show on your statement.
