The Bertazzoni Modern Series 60x45 cm combi steam oven has 7 functions and 31 litre capacity stainless steel cavity. It offers the possibility to combine traditional functions with three different steam intensity levels: low, medium, maximum. The Total Steam function use pure vapour to deliver a fast and healthy cooking. Controlled with a clear TFT display, features a soft opening door with a smart glass-finish handle and a removable water tank for a quick refilling. Available in Stainless Steel, Carbonio, Zinc and Copper.

This Bertazzoni combi-steam oven can be used as a traditional oven with functions including convection and grill. Or you can use the full steam function for fast and healthy cooking to seal in flavour and vitamins. The steam/hot air combination gives excellent baking and roasting results too. The removable water tank makes refilling simple.
