The Rangemaster NEXUS 110 Steam combines a wide variety of cooking options in one single appliance. The NEXUS Steam featuring a dedicated steam cavity is a first for the range cooking market. Combining contemporary styling and the opportunity to combine convenience with healthy cooking, retaining nutrients, vitamins and flavour with the innovative injection steam cavity exclusive to the new Rangemaster NEXUS Steam. Steam is rapidly becoming the cooking method of choice in many homes across the UK, enabling food to be cooked faster, cleaner and without any need for oil.

In addition to the dedicated steam cavity, the new NEXUS Steam also offers a multitude of cooking options with the benefits of oven roasting, batch baking and rapid cooking all in one appliance. it can also grill, griddle, boil and simmer and also has a proving drawer perfect for dough. 

The left-hand multifunction oven with 11 functions also features new to Rangemaster range cooking Duo and Delicate settings, Duo is perfect for pastry and pizza crisping the base without drying out the topping whilst Delicate is ideal for baking meringues, creme caramel and creme brulee. The regular Rangemaster oven functions are also retained with fan and conventional settings combined with grilling, base heat and browning elements all of which can be used individually. Other useful features are the defrost setting where the fan draws cold air from frozen food without using heat thus speeding up the defrosting process along with the Rapid Response setting which utilises the top element to heat the oven to temperature 30% faster than using just the standard fan setting.

The intuitive digital touch control panels are easy to use and deliver precise oven and steam temperature control accurate to 1 degree through the electronic thermostats. The unique black glass, sealed fascia panel with premium ergonomic rotary control dials offers the ultimate in durability.

Other new Rangemaster features include the two telescopic shelves in the main oven enabling you to easily check on your food, meaning no more burning your hands reaching into the oven cavity to check your roast. Both ovens have glass porthole doors making it easy to check on your food without the need to open the door and the catalytic liners in the left-hand oven reduce the amount of physical cleaning required to just the base and door. 

Featuring the upgraded Glide-out Super Grill, The Rangemaster NEXUS Steam benefits from a deeper grill pan which glides smoothly out on telescopic runners, making it easier to safely check on your food by eliminating the risk of pulling the grill pan out too far. The new and improved four-way trivet offers greater flexibility and increased cooking capacity with four different height options to suit every type of dish. The dual circuit grill also has both full and half grill settings for both ease and economy.

The NEXUS Steam also includes a proving drawer which enables a controlled, warm environment with slots in the base that allow warm air to flow in and prove dough perfectly. This could also double as a storage drawer if desired.

Available in a selection of colours there is a Rangemaster NEXUS Steam Dual Fuel Range Cooker which will look perfectly at home in any kitchen. Choose from black, slate, ivory or stainless steel all combined with a stylish chrome trim.
