Getting Started With Your Rangemaster

Roomsets

After purchasing your range cooker from CookersAndOvens, it’s now sitting pride of place in your kitchen and you’re ready to get started! Here are a few tips and commonly asked questions to guide through your first few weeks with your Rangemaster

Misplaced Your User Guide?

It’s all too easy to put that little booklet in a safe place and then completely forget where exactly that safe place was! We have all the user guides for Rangemaster range cookers on our website. Simply type your model into the search box and navigate to the specification page of your cooker.

Cleaning & Maintenance

For inside the oven cavity you must make sure that the cleaning product is safe to use on vitreous enamel. There will be a logo on the back of the bottle that should look something like this:

For coloured panels we do not recommend anything other than hot soapy water and a soft cloth. Rangemaster stock their own specially formulated cleaners. You can purchase them from their cookware shop Divertimenti.

How Do I Use This?

Need some hints on the best food to cook with the bottom heat function or can’t figure out how to use the child safety lock? We have produced a series of videos in which top chef Simon Smith guides you through each of the functions of a Rangemaster cooker, as well as offering suggestions on the best food to cook with each.

Where Can I Find My Serial Number?

You can find the serial number of your range cooker in a few places. Firstly, you can find it on the front cover of your user guide. You can also find it located on the frame of the main left-hand oven, at the base near the plinth. You’ll need this to register your warranty for the appliance.

What Size Trays Can I Fit In The Ovens?

For the right hand oven the optimum sizes for baking trays are:

  • 285mm x 210mm for 90 models
  • 310mm x 240mm for 100 models
  • 340mm x 340mm for 110 models

Left hand ovens can use a tray up to 340mm. Please note that for the best results we recommend that you don’t use larger baking trays than listed above. You can find baking trays designed to perfectly fit inside your Rangemaster by visiting their cookware shop Divertimenti.
