Tuesday Top Tip – Cut Tomatoes In One Go

Here’s a great Tuesday Top Tip for when you need to cut lots of tomatoes in half for a sauce.

Pop all the tomatoes on one plate and pop another plate over the top. Whilst keeping the tomatoes in place with the top plate, glide the knife through the gap in the plates and voilà!
