Paying By Card

Once you have chosen your appliances and placed them in your shopping basket, the checkout page will guide you through each step of the secure payment process.

Payment can be made using: Mastercard, Visa, Delta/Connect, Switch or American Express. Please note that we can only accept American Express cards online and they cannot be used when placing an order over the phone. We regret that we are unable to accept payment using foreign credit or debit cards.

Confirmation of Your Order

Once you have ordered your appliances you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Once the order is processed by our payments team you will receive another email with a full VAT receipt for your records.

Within 1 working day of placing your order, a member of the Customer Service Team will call you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your appliances.
