We understand that sometimes you may wish to change your mind and cancel your order with us. To request a refund and cancel your order, please contact us at soon as possible using one of the methods below:
If your goods have not yet been dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be given. However, if your appliances have been dispatched for delivery, there will be a charge to cover the cost of collecting the item and this will be deducted from the refund amount owed to you.
See our terms and conditions for more information.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your appliances in which to cancel your order and request a refund. A charge for the cost of collecting your appliance will be deducted from the refund amount owed to you. Money may also be deducted for missing or damaged packaging or components.
See our terms and conditions for more information.
It is very important that goods are inspected before you sign the delivery note. If the goods are damaged, you must refuse the delivery, mark the delivery note accordingly and contact us on 01543 222 100 or by email to customerservice@cookersandovens.co.uk. All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this clause.
If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you must advise them that the goods must be checked.
When your items are delivered, please make sure that you have signed for the correct items and the correct amount of items delivered. If you find that you have received incorrect goods or the wrong amount of goods, please mark this on the dispatch note and then notify us of this:
Do not fit an item if it is damaged – this counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable.
All products are covered by a manufacturer guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to conditions. The details of the guarantees will be delivered with your product.
The guarantee will not apply if the fault arises from fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval.
Faulty appliances must be inspected by the manufacturer’s authorised service engineer before any action can be taken. Please contact us if you suspect your appliance may be faulty.
See our terms and conditions for more information.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of collecting your unwanted appliance but please note that it can take between 3 and 5 days for a refund to show on your statement.
